I would like to say how much I appreciated your service and kind help with my
removals to France (albeit at short notice).   I would like to compliment all
your staff who arrived to do the collection and say how helpful, courteous and
pleasant they all were.

I would also like to say that I shall be recommending your company at any time I
hear of someone needing removals and I will certainly let them know how pleased

Excellent service. Not only were they courteous and
efficient they also wrapped and packed those odd things which we didn't manage

Having recently used the services of FJ Phillips and Son to transport
our furniture and personal effects from North Yorkshire, UK, to Dordogne
valley,France, I am writing to commend you and your professional team
on every aspect of your friendly and supremely efficient service.

Until I found your company website on the internet, I had never
previously heard of F J Phillips and Son.

Your immediate response and cost quotation to me, via email, while I was
resident in Singapore, was fuss- free and extremely customer -friendly.

Your subsequent pick up and delivery was exactly according to the timing
schedule you specified and I was grateful you even sent me a delivery
time confirmation via sms message a few hours before your delivery
arrival. Your transport time of only 2 days from Northern England to the
South of France was beyond my expectations.

Your professional and meticulous handling of our fragile and heavy items
was impressive...especially considering one of our more unusual pieces
was an Indonesian "Rickshaw-type" bicycle taxi!

But most of all the courteous and friendly service of your staff was
outstanding.

Moving is often a stressful and unpleasant experience.

Our experience with your company was exactly the opposite!
